diy is not a music style

So, scraiste is dead. After not being active as a bands since almost a year we decided to end this band. We are all still good friends, but it seems we are just too busy with our lives and other bands at the moment to go on and especially be productive with this band. so we decided to quit.
It was a great adventure for us that lastet almost 4 years with some changes in the line up and a lot of ups and downs. We managed to play only 47 shows around europe in this time what is quite little or at least littler that we wanted. But these shows were great and we got to know so meany amazing people on the way who helped us out with shows, made us food, came to shows and supported us in any way. Thank you to all of you!
We managed to play also a few smaller and too longer tours which were amazing, especially the one with Knötaröt. What we never managed is to record our music in any satisfying way. So all what is left of this few years are a lot of great memories and shitty practiceroom recordings.

This end also means a new start for us, because we decided to start something new together but also with other people and for this we are still looking for a drummer. So get in contact! :)

Our singer still plays with La Ligne Maginot and our drummer plays now with Integrationsresistent and yeah Gepetto Knallpot is also still going on, but we still dont know if we would call them a band.

My heart feels sad and heavy writing this last post... Thanks again to everyone who made this last years possibles and all the people who are still struggling for a better world and a free society without prisons, borders and all the other shit...

Sorry to everyone who invited us and we could not make it and also sorry to the people/projects who asked us for recordings for their compilations... we wont record anything anymore...
